ADS Launcher End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Albion DarkStore ("Company", "we", "us") and the person or entity using ADS Launcher, licensed products delivered through ADS Launcher, Android sideload products supplied by Albion DarkStore, or related online services ("you").

By installing, accessing, or using ADS Launcher or any licensed product or related service, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

License

Albion DarkStore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ADS Launcher and licensed products for your own lawful use, subject to valid account status, license keys, license duration, and device binding.

Licensed products may be delivered through ADS Launcher for Windows or as an Android sideload package outside ADS Launcher.

Account, Keys, and Device Binding

Access to paid or protected products requires an account and an active license. Product keys are single-use unless explicitly stated otherwise. Licenses may be bound to one device through a hashed device fingerprint. We may reset a device binding at our discretion for legitimate support cases.

License keys extend access according to their configured duration. Expired, revoked, refunded, charged back, abused, or fraudulently obtained keys may be blocked.

Online License Checks

Windows Launcher products are designed to run through ADS Launcher. Android sideload products use their documented account, entitlement, device-proof, session, and heartbeat flow without being listed or installed by ADS Launcher.

Access remains subject to server-authoritative entitlement checks, device binding, session validation, and heartbeat checks. If validation fails, the backend is unavailable beyond the configured offline grace period, the license expires or is revoked, the device binding is reset, or the product is deactivated, the product may stop running.

These controls do not make client software impossible to modify or bypass. They are intended to enforce access to the official client and service, reduce unauthorized sharing and replay, and protect account and license operations.

Restrictions

You must not:

• bypass, disable, tamper with, or reverse engineer license checks, launch tokens, runtime heartbeat checks, device binding, or download controls;
• share, resell, publish, or transfer license keys without permission;
• redistribute protected product files unless Albion DarkStore explicitly permits it;
• use the software for unlawful activity, abuse, infrastructure attacks, credential theft, malware distribution, or platform abuse;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, backend services, Discord bot administration, product storage, or deployment infrastructure.

Third-Party and Open-Source Components

Some components are provided under separate third-party or open-source licenses. Nothing in this Agreement restricts rights granted by an applicable third-party or open-source license. If this Agreement conflicts with such a license, that license controls only for the component it covers. All other proprietary components and services remain subject to this Agreement and its restrictions.

Ownership

ADS Launcher, backend services, protected product delivery logic, documentation, trademarks, and related materials remain owned by Albion DarkStore or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer ownership.

Updates

ADS Launcher may check for updates and download a replacement launcher build. Updates may be required for continued access to products or services.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement, abuse the service, attempt to bypass licensing, use fraudulent payments, or create operational/security risk. After termination, you must stop using ADS Launcher and protected products.

Disclaimer

The software and services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every supported Windows or Android configuration, or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Albion DarkStore is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use ADS Launcher or related products.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what ADS Launcher, Android sideload products, backend services, and administration tooling process and how the data is used.
